Internet Training Software

I own a retail computer store and many of my customers have asked for training on how to use the Internet. Based on surveys I’ve conducted the age group would run around 30 – 70 y.o. and most really have no clue how to really use the net beyond email and simple searching.

Ideally, the cousre would progress from the very basics to an intermediate level, and run about 2 hours. Has anyone here used a particularly good prepackaged internet training program, preferably that uses PowerPoint? there are many out there but it’s difficult to evaluate quality just from what the vendors say (of course).
