Intranet access without Internet access?

I am trying to set up a number of workstations (W2K) so that the browser (IE5 or 6) can access our intranet without being able to access the internet (otherside of our firewall). The network OS is NW5. Any ideas how to do this? So far all I can get is an all or ntohing result?Is this possible to do?
