invalid page fault error

I have a user who receives the error “Invalid Page Fault… module unknown” when trying to open Outlook 97. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Outlook and the entire Office 97 package. After the reinstall, Outlook opened twice but then again came back to the error. I don’t have a clue what part of Outlook is causing this and I don’t know what else to try. Please help and thank you in advance.
