Invalid Page Fault using Outlook 2000

I have a User running Office 2000 and this morning he could not open his Microsoft Outlook. He gets “You have performed an illegal operation”, And when I check the details it says ” Outlook caused an invalid page fault in Module Outllib.dll”. I tried looking on the Microsoft Website and found one thing about Outllib.dll and its says it has to do with the contacts or tasks and to delete the one that is causing the problem. But I can even open Outlook at all! The error message appears rightwhen opening…

Please help!!
