Is it possible to have file names displayed on pages within Office?

We use MS Office in our business. Word, Excel, and Viso are the primary programs used. We’d like to find a way of automatically embedding the file name on any document, drawing or spreadsheet without having to manually set the footer in each file created. Is there a method to embed this in a template within each program that becomes and automatice function? We’re not programmers.
