Is “PC1 Click” safe to use on Windows XP

I am having some really strange problems using my New Windows XP computer. I found an add in my email about “PC1 Click” which said it could fix most of the problems with this system. And, if it couldn’t, their human techs could walk me through therest of the fix. I need to know if anyone has heard about how compatible and reliable this PC1 Click will work with my system.
