J# Web Browser

Hi, I am trying to make a web browser using J#.net (Hope someone here is a seasoned J# developer) and I have built a simple web browser. I can view pages now. But there are things I want to put in my browser.

First: A progress bar that will show the progress as the page is loading. I want to know how to do it.

Second: I am thinking of building a anti-phish plugin for my browser. I want to connect to phishtank and use their database but their API uses only php and xml. I hope there is a workaround for it. (Java or J#)
