Joing sites in Exchange 5.5

Hi there,

Can some one give step-by-step process of joining 2 sites in the exchange organization?

I have done the following

Have installed two exchange servers in two different sites (site1 and site2) on LAN with same organization name. both the exchange servers are in different domain and on windows 2000 advanced server. I have created trust between two domains.
when i go to file-> new other -> site connector and give the name of the other exchange server machine name, it is givingerror as “Ds_E_insufficient access” I have logged into both the system as service account admin privileges.
can some one help?
