JPG File Corrupted!

Re-installed Win2k pro when user has facing problem to start up his windows after installed a driver which was not compatible with Win2k pro. Everthing are ok once installation completed. The only problem user facing now is unable to view jpg file via MS Photo Editor. I have re-installed MSO2K but problem persist…! Please enlighten me on this. Thanks in advance.
