Kazza

I use Kazza v2 and am having problems with it, no tech support number.
Some files are saved on my machine when completed from downloading, others are not. It is not extension specific either. Sometimes it saves an EXE, sometimes not.
It is not my AV program I assure you, and I have GIGs of space.
Any help please, especially if you can provide me with their tech number and/or E-mail address.
