Keep Mail on Exchange Server

I am moving users from an IMO Outlook to a C/W Outlook. It seems the option to “Keep Mail on Server” doesn’t exist in the corporate version. MS has come up with a synchronization scheme with off-line folders etc that just seems a bit complex and bizarre. Has anyone come up with a more logical way to keep the mail on the server?
