LDAP for multi platform clients

we have currently migrated from Ex5.5 to Ex2k. On the site we have both Windows and Mac running. The Macs are running OSX which only has the option of Entourage for email clients. Receiving and sending mail is fine but clients cannot see the GAL. Can somebody please give some help as to how to setup LDAP on Exchange2000?
