Linking PDF documents to MSAccess db

Is it possible to link a previously scanned document to a MSAccess database ? I’m thinking of a URL to the document sort of thing.
Basically, when I’m looking to a record in a form, I would like to see a shortcut to the scanned document, or press a buton and open the related document (eq.invoice).
