Listing user permissions for specific folder/file

Hi,

I have been assign a task to remove read/write access from number of specific folders, for this one user.
He has completed his temporary assignment and his boss wants to take his (folder/files) access away. Too bad he does’t know which groups he was added to? So, all this work is pinned down on me to find out which groups he should be removed from and which groups he should stay with.

I am looking for a way/tool that can quickly list all the folders/files a specific user has access to including the permissions for each.
This way I can present this report to his boss and leave it to him to make the decission.
