Logo on E-mail

How do I create an E-mail that imitate the company letter head? For instance, when I e-mail a customer my e-mail should have the logo and address of the company. Do I need a E-mail program or a Visual Basic 6.0 to write the codes. Is there a sample of VB6.0 codes out there? If so, where can I find it.
