We have an opportunity for an IAM Analyst in the Los Angeles area.
The position requires:
This position will be responsible for production support of provisioning applications; able to respond to errors or alerts and take corrective action or engage the appropriate teams to resolve the issue. Primary duties to include managing, resolving and addressing production support and process issues with in depth root cause analysis. Candidate?s other duties include administration, patching, tuning, and upgrade implementation of the following applications that hosts these business processes: CA eTrust directory, RBACx, CA Workflow, CA Identity Manager.
Required Skills/Experience:
Candidate must have expertise in at least one of the following:
eTrust Admin Version 8.1
Identity Manager Version 8.1
Familiarity with CA service desk and ITIL standards preferred.
