losing site definitions in Dreamweaver

I have lost all of my site definitions in Dreamweaver MX. Whenever I re-enter them and exit the program, they immediately disappear.

I know that I can re-install the program, but I recall this happening in the past, and I wonder if anyone else has experienced it.

What can I do to hold the site definitions? Thanks.
