Lotus Application error with Windows XP

I have Windows XP…installed old version of Lotus Suite originally for Windows 95. When I tried to print from Word Pro I get this message, “Application error: LTSPRINT caused an access violation with ntdll.dll @ OX77f5215C.”
Any suggestions? If Ineed to upgrade to a newer version of Lotus, how do I do this?
