Lotus Notes 5.0.9

Just installed this latest release on a laptop, and now this person has the same problem when he was at 5.0.7. Whenever he is forwarding an email with a file attachment, he gets an error message stating he does not have the sufficient rights to do so. It happened with 5.0.7, and when we went backl to 5.0.5, it worked fine. Now back to 5.0.9, and the problem reoccurs. We are using a Lotus Domino Server as well. Any thought or ideas would be very much appreciated!!
