Lotus Notes – Bullets show as characters

When using bullets in a new Notes memo or viewing a received email with Bullets they show up as various characters. If you print the msg they also don’t show up correctly. If the msg is sent or fowarded to another machine the bullets show up fine. I have removed all notes directories and the notes.ini file and reintsalled the notes app with no avail. My guess is that it is a font problem but I’m not sure where to go from there. Any Suggestion?
