Macro – exel to text

I am having 4 fields 1)type (numeric) 2) acno (numeric) 3)amount (money) 4)description (char) in excel.

i want to convert it to text file as follows:

(2 fields)type with preceding zeros +
(17 fields) acno with preceding zeros +
(16 fields) (amount *100) with preceding zeros+
(66 fields) description with following spaces.

total length 101.
