Macros warning

I setup a macro in Excel to do a delete and add function through the many sheets of my workbook.
Then I deleted the macro and save the file.
Now everytime I open the workbook it gives me the warning that there are macros. How do I get rid of the warning. The macro is gone.
I have tried to save it under another name but that didn’t help.
