Macros (Who created them?)

Since I installed Office 2000 one problem that remains is enabling the macros exce spreadsheets. When I open an Excel document, it does not prompt me to “enable macros” therefore, when I select print, I get a message that reads, “macros not enabled.”

Any suggestions pleaseeeee?
