Mailbox Manager-Exch03

My new Exch2003 SP1 server does the mailbox retention policy correctly (90 days/any size) for each mailbox store it is configured for, but the report I get is not the summary report for it, but looks to be the report if i selected ‘generate report only’, and not the proper ‘delete immediately’ that is selected for each store policy. Anyone seen this as MS does not have much about it and I have checked the settings many times and they are fine. I even did ‘apply policy now’ to each of the 5 retention policies (again), but it did not help–I would like to get an accurate report, not what it ‘would do’ on every mailbox on the server (there are stores that do not have policies).
