Mailbox Properties

If I try and look at the properties of a mailbox I get the following
errow message:

Extension DSAVUAdm could not be loaded

the extension for Microsoft Exchange Administrator CPU type has not been installed in the site

Microsoft Exchange Admin
ID No c1021667.

I am using exchange server 5.5
