Maintain link to source workbook cell

I am trying to set up a worksheet that will reference information provided to me in a workbook by someone else. I get it every few weeks from them, with the same name just updated data. Columns stay the same. When I set up my links everything worked fine. Except. Now if they delete a row out it changes the imported link info.

The linked data no longer resides in the same cells in the new source workbook as they did in the old.

Is there some way to use a Access like primary key to make sure I am linking to the correct row of data each time I get a new file. Each row of data has a unique identifier.
