Making Sounds in Excel

We have a cashflow projection workbook that is made up of a number of tabs, each tab is controlling some portion of expense projections and of course we need all entries to balance to zero. When these entries are made we would like to insert a control cell that can be propogated throughout all tabs that would produce a sound and flash when an out of balance occurs. How do I code this?
