MAPisp32.exe

Outlook 97 I’m receiving an “MAPisp32.exe has caused an error. Restart the Program.” When I try to log off it freezes. I can’t send or receive e-mails because of this. I have a Windows 2000 OS. The Microsoft website doesn’t help and tech support said they can’t help me b/c the product is obsolete. Need Help and fast Please
