Maximum MS Query search results

When I try to extract data from our AS/400 into Excel spreadsheet using ODBC (Get external data), MS Query does not return all records. There are supposed to be 49000 records but MSQuery only returns 6146 records.

Is there a limit to the no. of records returned even if I did not specify a limit in the MSQuery settings?
