microsoft hotmail / windows 2000 outlook

I have 2 hotmail accounts .My main account is lotel@hotmail.com and have not been able to access it(server is too busy)my other account lotel_inv@hotmail.com is fine.Please send information to later for now.How do I get that account back before I lose it.i have windows 2000.how do I get the pop 3 info for server for in & out mail??
