microsoft office 2002 sp3 Powerpoint error

my pc here have a problem, it happens after i open a file that bigger than 80Mbytes, it will auto close the application(powerpoint) when i try to modify or save it.
is it possible of not enough RAM? but the total processing RAM is not more than 10%. ya… sometimes it will speed up to 100%

any help here???
