Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003

I loaded Microsoft Office Standard Edition on my desktop and I registered it. Three months later my desktop crashed and I purchased a laptop, I reloaded Office Standard Edition on my computer and then tried to register it. I recieved a msg saying that this software was installed on another machine and couldn’t be registered. How can re-register the software.
