Microsoft Outlook Address Book

I just got my computer back from having the OS (Windows 98SE) reinstalled. When I was reinstalling Microsoft Office, I think I might have chosen to use my personal address book because when I imported my backed up .csv contact file back into my Outlook Contacts folder, it didn’t go into my Outlook address book as it had in the past. I want to use the Outlook Address Book. PLEASE…can anyone tell me how to correct this problem? Thanx! Meri
