Microsoft Visual C + + Runtime Library

Hi guys, have a problem I am hoping someone has the answer to. Have Windows Nt Worstation 4.0 with Service Pack 6. Windows internet explorer 6.026 with all the latest updates, and critical updates. Certain websites gives me ” Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error of ” Runitime Error” , ” Program: C:\Progra~1\Microso~1\Iexplore.exe “, ” Adnormal Termination”.
I have reinstalled IE, Deleted the cache and temp files, Stopped everything running, updated Windows critical files. Reset the web settings, Security levels. Short of formatting and starting over…Help!
