Microsoft Word – AutoCorrect List

I have several users that would like to be able to print their AutoCorrect list periodicaly and compare them to each other. This would help each member in a project team be able to quickly use the same abrevaitions while taking notes in meetings andthen being able to enter them into their documents with minimal keystrokes. How can I accomplish this task for them?
