Microsoft WordMail Could not be started

The Following error message will occured while opening new message first time outlook2000 in windows xp platform and second time without closing outlook is ok.

Microsoft word mail could not started. Try one of the following:
:close any open dialog boxes in word.
:make sure word is correctly installed.
:close other programs and try again

A dialog box may be open in another program, prevending outlook form performing this operation. switch to that program and close any open dialog boxes.
