Migrating Exchage server (NT- 2000)

I need to migrate my exchage server 5.5 NT 4.0 with one site to a new windows 2000 machine with exchage 2000. I already set up the active directory and 2000 dns.I did not want to upgrade exchange 5.5 to 2000 to my existing server.I need to install windows 2000 to a new server and install exchage 2000 and migrate all mail box,distibutio lists, custom recipients and my public folder to the new exchange server 2000 from exchage 5.5 server. I can use the same organization and site name but different server name. Please give me your recommendations and advice in order to this task with minimum down time
