Missing MS WinXP Product Key

On one of my desktopsthat is still up and running, with MS WinXP Pro SP2 OEM, I wanted to reformat sys drive but realize I’m missing the product key. Tried ViewXP app but wouldn’t run on this PC. Is there another app or where in registry is this info stored?
