move *.ebd from 5.5 to 2003

hii
i have two exchange server 5.5 and exchange 2003 all are working fine. i want to Copy my email mail box from exchange 5.5 to exchange 2003. can you tell me how to i do it..i try to copy Manually all .edb file but it is not working.
