Move Email Messages Netscape to Outlook?

How can I import actual email messages from Netscape 4.72 email account into Outlook2000?
I’ve been able to export Bookmarks and Address books from Netscape to a CSV file and import them into Outlook. When I tried to follow the help files, I was able to only get the folders not the actual email messages. Please help, I’m currently in the process of changing everyone over to MS OUTLOOK for email and have more than 50 users who have 100’s of email messages saved in multiple folders they have created in Netscape, as well as many email messages they can’t afford to lose in their INBOX
