Move windows Server 2003 to new hardware

First i want to thank everyone here for being so helpful when working on different projects. I was wondering if anyone out there has experience with taking an existing Windows 2003 server and basically move it on to a new box. This server functions as a simple web server and sometimes terminal service. The build currently is working fine and i was just hoping there is a simple way to just move everything onto new hardware.
