Moving Exchange Information

I am setting up a new DC and basically redoing my company network. I’m going to be redoing all of the AD accounts, and I need to transfer the exchange information over to the new DC and reassociate it with the new accounts, as some of the usernames will change to create a standard naming convention. Has anyone ever done this, reassociating exchange information?
