moving Outlk Expr msgs from an old PC

Although I’m comforatble with this in Outlook, I can’t seem to find accurate information on moving OE 4 messages to my new Dell PC with OE 6. Do I have to do an export of all messages on the old PC and import to the new, or is there an easier / better way? I need the messages, but I’ve already removed the old PC hard drive.
