MS Access 2000 User and group accounts

I removed the Admins group membership from the Default Admin User. Now when I go back into the User and Group Accounts dialog…my groups Tab had disappeared and all of the buttons are grayed out, except for the OK and Cancel Buttons. How can I bring everything back? or how can I Assign the Admin user back to the Admins group?
