MS Access Conditional Statement(If/Then)

I am trying to use Microsoft Access to track my software installations and cross-reference them with my license inventory.

I have a table with a column listing the application name, a second column showing the machine type (PC, Mac, Server), a third column showing the number of copies installed, a fourth column showing the number of licenses, and three yes/no style columns (checkboxes) marked “Shareware,” “Freeware,” and “To Be Deleted.”

I would like to set up a conditional query whereby IF, for instance, the freeware box is *not* checked AND the number of licenses is less than the number of copies installed, THEN the information in that row should be displayed in the query.

Can someone explain how I can set this up, given the fact that I am completely green on setting up expressions in MS Access?
