MS ACCESS IMAGES & FORMS

How do i create a data entry form in MS ACCESS 2000 where a user can type customer details and insert a logo – .jpg (preferably via a browse button of some sort)?
I know how to create the form for basic data entry but I get stuck when it comes to creating a “user-friendly” way for adding a new logo.
In the end – the logos need to be used on various reports.
Is an OLE object the correct data type to use in the table?
