MS Access Reports keep crashing Access

One of my a users has a problem with Access 2000 running on Windows 2000. Access shuts down completely when she tries to move to page two of any of the reports set up in her Access database. I have another user who uses this same database but does not experience this problem. I have applied all Windows and Office patches. I have also removed and re-installed Office but no joy. Can anyone suggest a fix please?
