MS Access – SendObject Macro not consistent

Hi,

I have created a macro that sends a report electronically (using the SendObject command). It has been designed to do such in a Snapshot Format.

This works well from some PCs. In other PCs it sends out the form in an illegible Excel format.
I have checked the file associations, and they are fine. PCs have the snapshot viewer installed.

If anyone knows what is behind this function, I would appreciate receiving any feedback.
