MS Access shuts down

I have a user who’s MS Access 97 randomly shuts down after she logs on to an Access DB on the network. Others can log on fine with no problem. Hers will sometimes work and sometimes it will just shut down. She has WINNT4 with SP5 and MSOffice97 withSP2. I’ve already re-installed Office.
