MS Exchange Templates

I read an article from TechRepublic dated 11/13/2001 by Lauri Elliott titled “In-house training tools for the technical organization: Knowledge bases”. It says that MS Exchange has built-in capabilities for the development of custom knowledge bases. It also says that Exchange includes templates for this.

I can not find these templates anywhere! Is anyone familiar with this? We have Outlook 2002 so I am not sure if they are still available.
